1. Cookie-Free Marketing Website
The public Docdril marketing website operates on a cookie-free baseline. We do not place first-party tracking cookies on your device when you visit our pages, nor do we run third-party advertising networks (such as Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or retargeting beacons).
2. Essential Local Storage (Functional Only)
Instead of persistent identifying cookies, we use minimal client-side browser storage (localStorage) strictly for essential security and functionality:
- formSubmissionsStores ephemeral submission timestamps (automatically purged after 60 seconds) strictly to prevent automated bots and accidental duplicate form submissions. Contains zero identifying personal data.
3. Third-Party Embedded Content & Media
To showcase our creative work and client audio/video samples, we integrate external media platforms with privacy safeguards:
Vimeo Showcases (Do Not Track Enabled)
All Vimeo video showcases are embedded with the dnt=1 parameter. This instructs Vimeo not to set tracking or marketing cookies and to prevent behavioral profile building.
Spotify Audio Embeds (Click-to-Load)
Our audio samples are protected by a click-to-load barrier. No iframe is mounted and no network request or cookie is sent to Spotify until you actively click to play the track.
Interactive Assistant (ask.docdril.com)
Our chatbot window renders a dedicated iframe connected to ask.docdril.com. It operates under sandboxed iframe permissions to deliver interactive assistance.
4. Infrastructure & Operational Logs
Like all modern web infrastructure, our hosting environment (Vercel) automatically logs transient technical connection data (e.g., requested HTTP endpoints, IP addresses, user agent headers, and response status codes). These logs are maintained purely for infrastructure reliability, DDoS prevention, and security debugging. They are never paired with marketing personas.
5. Managing Your Browser Storage
Because we do not deploy non-essential cookies, you do not need to navigate complex consent banners. If you wish to wipe any temporary client storage, you can do so directly in your browser:
- Chrome / Edge / Brave: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove All.
